From a selection of hand-crafted bread like white ciabatta bread, whole-wheat bread, multigrain bread, and sourdough bread, to English muffin, baguette, croissant, and Danish pastry served with butter, honey, jam, or marmalade. You will also find eggs prepared in many ways as well as sausage and bacon. Looking for something healthier? You can enjoy Greek yogurt breakfast bowls with seasonal fruit, protein-packed granola, or oatmeal with caramelized apple, mixed nuts, and chia seed, or an open-face sandwich layered with either meat or cold cuts, cheese, and fresh vegetables like cucumber and tomato. Hot beverages like Abrica/Robusta coffee, Black/Green/Herbal tea, milk, and fresh juice like apple, orange, watermelon, pineapple, or young coconut will also be available.

Craving for a truly delightful Vietnamese breakfast? We're eager to introduce our best local delicacies! You can choose from famous Banh Mi, Pho – beef or chicken noodles soup, Mi Quang – rice noodles with chicken, sesame crackers, local herbs, or congee with Chinese fried doughnuts, fish or chicken, or century egg. It may be hard to choose what to eat thanks to the talents of our enterprising culinary team and the diversity of delicacies, but this may give you a little morning joy by gliding around, choosing your favorite food, and relishing it at ease!
